Shipping Address Modification

Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your EASERACK purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy. Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL RETURNS

All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in a new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.

Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.

Returned items are subject to inspection before issuing a refund.

You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.

We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

*Note: We do not accept returns on bulk orders (with five or more items). It is thus recommended to order one sample (free shipping & easy return) to test before placing a large order.

60-DAY MONEY-BACK POLICY

You can return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United States. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled, in order to qualify for a product refund.

About the Return Shipping Fee

Who will be charged the return shipping fees?

A. EASERACK will cover the return shipping fees if:

Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or artistry.

Your item has been damaged in transit.

You received the wrong item.

We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.

B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:

You don't like the item after receipt of it.

You no longer need the item after receipt of it.

Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).

How much is the return shipping fee?

If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 15% of your order amount restocking fee, which includes the Return Label / actual express delivery fee/storage fee / re-listing fee/destruction fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Governing Laws

Compliance with any federal, state, provincial, or local laws, regulations, and directives (“Laws”) relating to the installation, operation, or use of Products or Services is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. In addition, Buyer shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders related to anti-bribery or anti-corruption legislation (including without limitation the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and all national, state, provincial, or territorial anti-bribery and anticorruption statutes) and, as such, will make no offer, payment or gift, will not promise to pay or give, and will not authorize, directly or indirectly, the promise or payment of, any money or anything of value to any government official, any political party or its officials, or any person while knowing or having reason to know that all or a portion of such money or item of value will be offered, given or promised to influence any decision or act to assist Seller or Buyer or otherwise obtaining any improper advantage or benefit. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the State where Seller’s principal office is located, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in such State. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through said website shall be governed by the law of Nevada.

Dispute Resolution

You and EASERACK agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and EASERACK arising in connection with or relating in any way to these Agreements or to your relationship with EASERACK as a user of the Service (whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether the claims arise during or after the termination of the Agreements) will be determined by mandatory binding individual (not class) arbitration. You and EASERACK further agree that the arbitrator shall have the exclusive power to rule on their jurisdiction, including any objections concerning the existence, scope, or validity of the Arbitration Agreement or the arbitrability of any claim or counterclaim. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND COURT REVIEW OF AN ARBITRATION AWARD IS LIMITED. There may be more limited discovery than in court. The arbitrator must follow this agreement and can award the same damages and relief as a court (including attorney fees), except that the arbitrator may not award any relief, including declaratory or injunctive relief, benefiting anyone but the parties to the arbitration. This arbitration provision will survive termination of the Agreements.

Notices

All notices or demands to or upon us shall be effective if in writing. All notices or demands to or upon us shall be effective if delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile, or by email to the last-known correspondence, fax, or email address provided by us by posting such notice that is publicly accessible without charge.

User-Generated Content

EASERACK users may post, upload, and contribute (“post”) content to the Products(which may include, for example, pictures, text, messages, information, and other types of content) (“User Content”). For the avoidance of doubt, “User Content” includes any such content posted to the EASERACK Blog as well as any other part of the EASERACK Service. You promise that, concerning any User Content you post on EASERACK, (1) you have the right to post such User Content, and (2) such User Content, or its use by EASERACK as contemplated by the Agreements, does not violate the Agreements, applicable law, or intellectual property (including without limitation copyright), publicity, personality, or other rights of others or imply any affiliation with or endorsement of you or your User Content by EASERACK or any artist, band, label, entity or individual without express written consent from such individual or entity. EASERACK may, but has no obligation to monitor, review, or edit User Content. In all cases, EASERACK reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content for any or no reason, including but not limited to User Content that, in EASERACK’s sole discretion, violates the Agreements. EASERACK may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party. Removal or disabling of access to User Content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or restrict access to any specific User Content. You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. EASERACK is not responsible for User Content, nor does it endorse any opinion in any User Content. YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST EASERACK RELATED TO USER CONTENT THAT YOU POST, THEN, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LOCAL LAW, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EASERACK HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF SUCH CLAIM.
