We want you to be delighted with your EASERACK purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy. Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL RETURNS
All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in a new condition, which must be unassembled and repackaged as originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
Returned items are subject to inspection before issuing a refund.
You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.
We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
*Note: We do not accept returns on bulk orders (with five or more items). It is thus recommended to order one sample (free shipping & easy return) to test before placing a large order.
60-DAY MONEY-BACK POLICY
You can return any item within 60 days of receipt with the 60-Day Money Back Policy that applies to the continental United States. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled, in order to qualify for a product refund.
About the Return Shipping Fee
Who will be charged the return shipping fees?
A. EASERACK will cover the return shipping fees if:
Your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or artistry.
Your item has been damaged in transit.
You received the wrong item.
We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
B. Customers need to cover the return shipping fees if:
You don't like the item after receipt of it.
You no longer need the item after receipt of it.
Your order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., Incorrect address, product size, color, and style).
How much is the return shipping fee?
If your situation is suitable for situation B, you are responsible for 15% of your order amount restocking fee, which includes the Return Label / actual express delivery fee/storage fee / re-listing fee/destruction fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
