Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your EASERACK purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. That is why we make returns easy. Please send us an email with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Governing Laws

EASERACK may take these actions without prior notification to you or any third party. Removal or disabling of access to User Content shall be at our sole discretion, and we do not promise to remove or restrict access to any specific User Content. You are solely responsible for all User Content that you post. EASERACK is not responsible for User Content, nor does it endorse any opinion in any User Content. YOU AGREE THAT IF ANYONE BRINGS A CLAIM AGAINST EASERACK RELATED TO USER CONTENT THAT YOU POST, THEN, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LOCAL LAW, YOU WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD EASERACK HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND EXPENSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES AND COSTS) ARISING OUT OF SUCH CLAIM.
